Questions people usually ask
How often does my ductwork need cleaning?
It depends on how many hours a day you cook and how much grease we measure. TR19 Grease suggests every 3 months for kitchens cooking 12 to 16 hours a day, every 6 months for 6 to 12 hours, and every 12 months for 2 to 6 hours. We confirm your interval at the survey.
Do I get a certificate afterwards?
Yes. Every job includes before-and-after photos and a TR19 certificate with grease readings, emailed to you the same day.
Can you work outside our opening hours?
Yes. We work 4am to 11pm, seven days a week, so most cleans happen early in the morning, late at night or between services. For emergencies we're available 24/7.
Will the price change once you're on site?
No. You get a fixed quote after the survey, and that's the price you pay.
Do you cover sites outside London?
We work across London. We can take on sites further afield depending on the job, so get in touch and ask.

Yes. All our technicians are fully insured.
