1. Who we are
AGM Fan Solution LTD is the data controller for personal information you give us through this website, by phone or by WhatsApp.
2. What we collect
- Your name and phone number, and your email address if you choose to give it
- Site details you choose to share, such as the service you need, your postcode or access notes
- Basic technical data, such as browser type, created automatically when you visit the site
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote
- To arrange and carry out surveys and cleaning work you book
- To send you certificates and reports for that work
- To meet our own legal, accounting and insurance obligations
We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use it for marketing you haven't agreed to.
4. How website enquiries reach us
When you send a callback or quote request, the details you enter are passed to us through our website host, Netlify, which stores them so we can reply. If the form can't send, the site offers to open WhatsApp with your details filled in instead, and you choose whether to send that message. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and customer data only as long as we need it to provide our services and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete it.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it. Contact us using the details below to make a request.
